Your information is confidential. I will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent to you will correspond with our agreed services and products and you can unsubscribe easily at any time.

REIKI DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
When you book a Distance Reiki Session, you agree to the following:
I understand that Reiki is a simple, gentle, energy technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation. I understand that Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. I understand that Reiki does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have. I understand that Reiki can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I also understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial. I acknowledge that long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.

INTUITIVE READING DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
When you book a Distance Reiki Session + Intuitive Reading, you agree to the following:

I understand that my reading is not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, medical or psychiatric advice. I understand that Distance Reiki Sessions with Intuitive Readings are not intended to replace the services of a trained healthcare professional or be a substitute for medical attention. Consult a physician in all matters relating to your physical or mental health. I understand that the reading I receive is subject to my own interpretation and I take full responsibility for my interpretation and my life choices. Kerri Aab will not be held responsible for any decisions or actions taken by me.

CANCELLATION POLICY
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will not receive a refund of your payment.

No Show – Any client who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their session will be considered a “no-show.” You will not receive a refund of your payment.

Late Arrivals – If you arrive late, your session will be shortened. Depending upon how late you arrive, there may not be enough time remaining to receive a full session. Regardless of the actual length of time of your session, you will be charged the full amount of the time frame you scheduled.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so by using the corresponding links in your confirmation email. If you are eligible for a refund, that will be applied to your account within 48 hours.
